BurningBridgesAI
Privacy policy
Last updated 12 October 2026
This page explains what Burning Bridges AI collects when you use it, why, how long it is kept, and how to get it deleted. It describes the product as it actually works — if a promise is not in here, do not assume it.
What we collect
- Your photo. The image you upload is stored in private object storage so the render can run, and so you can retry without re-uploading. It is not written into the database itself.
- Your account. If you sign in with Google, we receive your email address, your name and your profile picture URL. We never see your Google password.
- Your videos and job records. The finished MP4, the settings you chose, and the credit movements for the job.
- Payment records. Payments are processed by a merchant of record. We receive an order reference, the amount and the product — never your full card number.
- Basic technical data. Standard server logs (IP address, user agent, timestamps) used to keep the service working and to stop abuse.
How long we keep it
- Uploaded photos are deleted 30 days after upload. Ours is a private retention policy, not a promise of permanent storage.
- Finished videos stay in your account so you can download them again. You can delete any of them yourself at any time.
- Account and payment records are kept while your account exists, and afterwards only as long as tax and accounting rules require.
Who else sees your photo
Your photo is sent to the AI video model we use to generate your clip, and it lives in the object storage provider that hosts our files. That is it. It is never published to a public gallery, never used as an example on this site, and never sold.
Cookies and analytics
We use only what is needed to keep you signed in during a visit. Any usage analytics we add later will be opt-in, not silent.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete your account and everything in it. Email support@burningbridgesai.info and we will action it within 30 days. Deleting your account removes your photos, videos and job history.
This is a draft. It describes the product honestly, but it has not been reviewed by a lawyer and it is not legal advice. Have it reviewed before you rely on it.
Changes
If this policy changes in a way that affects what happens to your photos, we will say so on this page and update the date at the top.
